This section governs the Terms of Use for AI Music Video Generator (the "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the owner of the Service ("Owner," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between this section and the general Terms of Use, this section shall prevail with respect to the Service.
1. Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use
To maintain a safe platform, users may not upload, generate, request, or distribute content that:
- Exploits, harms, or depicts the abuse of children, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any such content will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or unlawful obscene content.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, illegal activities, discrimination, harassment, or hate speech.
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any individual or organization.
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, generate, or share through the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, restrict, or delete any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Subscription and Credit System
The Service operates on a subscription and/or credit-based model for AI content generation.
- Users may purchase subscription plans and/or credit packages depending on availability.
- Credits are used to generate AI-powered content.
- The number of credits required depends on the generation type, selected settings, output duration, resolution, and other generation parameters.
- Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, subscription credits apply only during the applicable billing period and may expire at the end of that period.
- Purchased credits, where designated as non-expiring, remain available while the user's account remains active, unless otherwise stated.
- Once an AI generation request has been accepted for processing, the applicable credits are considered consumed, even if the resulting output does not fully match the user's creative expectations.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments for subscriptions and credits are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout:
- Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing settings.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for previous billing periods except where required by applicable law.
Prices, subscription benefits, credit allocations, and available plans may change from time to time.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, website, user interface, workflows, trademarks, branding, and proprietary AI systems, is owned by the Owner and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
- Subject to compliance with these Terms, users receive a license to use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated for a specific feature or subscription plan.
- Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights and permissions for any images, prompts, text, music, or other materials submitted to the Service.
- Users may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service or its underlying technology except as permitted by applicable law.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated outputs will meet every user's expectations.
- AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may vary in quality, style, or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of the Service.
6. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of:
- your use of the Service,
- your uploaded or generated content,
- your violation of these Terms,
- your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including features, AI models, subscription plans, pricing, usage limits, credit allocations, or generation capabilities.
Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to the Service.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Owner is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.
