Welcome to aimusicvideocreator. These Billing Terms govern your purchase and use of our digital content, subscriptions, credits, and services ("Services"). By making a purchase on our Website or through our App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Pricing and Payments
You can view our current prices for subscriptions, Pro Membership plans, credit packs, and one-time purchases directly on our Website or App. The currency for all charges will be clearly displayed on the payment screen at the time of purchase. We offer both auto-renewing Pro Membership plans and one-time credit pack purchases that provide access to our AI video generation features.
At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for a successive period at the then-current price, unless you cancel it. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes or transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
We reserve the right to change our prices. We will notify you of any price changes to your active subscription via email at least thirty (30) days before they become effective. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
2. Credit System
aimusicvideocreator operates on a credit-based system for AI video generation. Credits are consumed during the video generation process. The current credit cost of video generation (for example, the credits required per second of video) is displayed within the Services and on the payment screen at the time of purchase. Any estimated video counts shown for plans or credit packs are calculated using a reference video length of 10 seconds per video. Longer videos consume proportionally more credits and will result in fewer total videos. Videos shorter than 10 seconds are calculated as 10 seconds for credit estimation purposes.
One-Time Credit Packs (Consumables)
We may offer various one-time credit pack options from time to time. The available credit pack sizes, prices, and promotional offers are displayed on the payment screen at the time of purchase. Credits purchased through one-time credit packs do not expire as long as the user's account remains active.
Pro Membership Plans
We may offer multiple Pro Membership tiers, each providing a recurring allocation of credits per billing period. The specific credit allocation, pricing, and membership benefits applicable to your selected plan are displayed on the payment screen at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, unused subscription credits do not roll over to the following billing period and expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle.
Consumption
Credits are considered consumed the moment an AI video generation process is initiated, regardless of the outcome of that generation.
4. Ordering Process & Service Access
You provide your inputs (such as photos and preferences) through our onboarding flow to enable us to generate personalized AI video content.
You select a Pro Membership plan or a one-time credit pack and complete your purchase using a valid payment method through our secure payment processor.
Upon successful payment, your purchased credits or Pro Membership benefits will be activated immediately. A confirmation receipt will also be sent to your registered email address.
5. Payment Authorization & Processing
5.1 Authorization
By providing a payment method and confirming your purchase, you authorize us (through our third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees.
For recurring Pro Membership plans, you further authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal until you cancel your subscription in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
5.2 Third-Party Payment Processors
All payments are processed securely through Stripe (Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Stripe acts as our payment processor; Upnok LLC remains the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
We are not liable for any security breaches, processing errors, or service interruptions occurring on Stripe's platform. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
6. Cancellation Policy
Your Pro Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless it is canceled. Deleting your account or uninstalling the application does not cancel your subscription.
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our Website or through your App Store or Google Play account.
If you experience any difficulty canceling your subscription, please contact us at support@aimusicvideocreator.com, and we will process your cancellation promptly.
7. Refund Policy
For information regarding refunds, please review our official Refund Policy.
If you have not initiated any AI video generation and have not consumed any credits, you are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee as described in the Refund Policy.
Once an AI generation process has been initiated or credits have been consumed, all sales are considered final except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
