1. Data Security

We take the security of user content seriously and implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect uploaded images, prompts, generated content, and related information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

2. Purpose of Image Uploads

Users upload 2D images solely to generate AI-powered creative content, including music videos, artistic visuals, and other AI-generated media through the Service.

• Uploaded images are processed only to fulfill the user's request.
• The Service does not use facial recognition technology for identification, authentication, verification, surveillance, or biometric purposes.

3. Processing of Uploaded Images

Uploaded images may be processed to:

• Generate AI-created music videos and other creative visual content requested by the user.
• Produce AI-generated images, animations, and video sequences based on user prompts.
• Deliver the generated results to the user's account or workspace.

To improve generation quality, our AI systems may analyze general visual characteristics contained in uploaded images and generate temporary descriptive metadata. Examples include clothing, hairstyle, lighting, environment, pose, facial expression, approximate age range, perceived gender presentation, and other non-identifying visual attributes that help produce more accurate creative results.

This descriptive metadata is generated solely to facilitate AI content generation and is never used to identify individuals.

4. No Biometric Processing

The Service does not collect, create, store, or use biometric identifiers or biometric information.

Uploaded images are never used for:

• Identity verification
• User authentication
• Facial recognition
• Surveillance
• Profiling individuals
• Building biometric databases

All image processing is performed exclusively for AI-powered creative content generation.

5. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide AI generation capabilities, uploaded images, prompts, and related content may be securely transmitted to trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers and cloud service providers.

These providers process the data solely for the purpose of delivering the requested AI-generated content. Their handling of data is subject to their own privacy policies and applicable contractual obligations.

6. Data Storage

User content is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain access to generated content, comply with applicable legal obligations, and ensure platform reliability.

Data may be stored on secure infrastructure operated by the Service and trusted cloud providers located in compliant jurisdictions, including the United States and the European Union.

7. Data Retention and User Control

Users retain control over their uploaded images and generated content.

• Uploaded images and generated content remain available within the user's account until removed by the user.
• When a user deletes content, it is scheduled for permanent deletion from our production systems and applicable third-party processing systems within a reasonable timeframe.
• Temporary files generated during failed or incomplete processing sessions are automatically removed as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. No Identification of Individuals

The technologies used by the Service are designed exclusively for AI-powered creative content generation.

The Service is not intended or designed to uniquely identify individuals and does not perform biometric identification under applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

9. Metadata and Technical Logs

During processing, the Service may generate temporary text-based descriptions and technical metadata (for example, "person standing outdoors," "wearing a blue jacket," or "short dark hair") to improve generation quality.

This metadata:

• is used solely during the AI generation process,
• is protected using the same security standards as uploaded content,
• is not used for advertising, user profiling, or identification.

10. Limited Use of User Content

Uploaded images, text prompts, and generated outputs are processed solely to provide the AI generation services requested by the user.

We do not sell user-uploaded content or generated outputs. We do not use uploaded images for advertising, facial recognition, biometric identification, or user profiling.

11. User Accounts and Payments

Users may create an account to access the Service and purchase subscription plans or credits for AI content generation.

Payment information is processed by trusted third-party payment providers. The Service does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.

Subscription and billing information is processed solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
